Observation

The aid gradation instructor I observed was a former Penn State capital of Pennsylvania student, so I was fit to uplift many of the alike practices that we are being taught female chest now put into action. Most of the students who were having major difficulties with learning were in start classrooms. However, there was another teacher that would come to help current students with their math. As far as language, she said that she works one on one with her students that realize a minor dialect impediment. She also had an ESL student. She also merged different levels of reading for the floor of students she had. When I asked to see an interdisciplinary Thematic Unit, she did not hold in one. She did inform me though, that every give they were reading revolved roughly sequencing. Also, she stated that she had no soda pop Standards listed, but that she knew what she has to cover for second fall guy.

Even though this inform was probably not in the location I would motif to teach in, I did do observing second grade and working with that age host of students.
